Bulk Wi-Fi for Housing Societies in Sonipat — How It Works
Getting Wi-Fi into a housing society or apartment complex — like TDI Kingsbury or other gated communities in Sonipat — isn't the same as a single-home connection. Here's how the process actually works when you're setting it up for an entire building or society.
Why a bulk connection makes sense
Instead of every flat separately calling a provider, negotiating a plan and scheduling installation, a bulk Wi-Fi setup coordinates the whole society under one process. RWAs and builders often prefer this because it means one point of contact, consistent pricing across flats, and a single technical team responsible for the whole installation instead of a dozen different installers coming and going.
How installation is coordinated
- One site visit, one plan — we survey the towers/blocks once and plan cabling and router placement for the whole society, not flat by flat.
- Phased installation — flats and towers are connected in batches, so residents aren't all waiting on each other.
- Centralized management — the RWA or facility manager gets one contact for new connections, complaints and billing questions, instead of residents each managing it individually.
What residents get
Individual flats still get their own private Wi-Fi and their own bill — a bulk setup doesn't mean shared internet or shared passwords between neighbours. It just means the society-level coordination (cabling, approvals, installation scheduling) is handled once, centrally, instead of separately for every household.
Who should reach out
Usually it's the RWA, facility manager, or builder who initiates a bulk request — but individual residents can also ask us to coordinate with their society if enough neighbours are interested.
